Civil design and engineering, design schedule monitoring, technical and cost design review, value engineering analysis, CADD support, and third party permitting
- Project design oversight and Management of project interface/ impacts on clients' facilities and communities
- Review of Design-Build Contract Documents (plans, specifications, reports, calculations, etc.), including generation of comments and tracking of issues to resolution, for compliance with the scope of the contract, applicable design criteria and standards, applicable codes
- Validating design drawings, calculations, specifications, contractor submittals, and evaluations in the design of cast-in-place, precast and prestressed concrete, steel framing, and interface with architectural engineering systems
- Performing oversight of projects Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Fire Protection, Escalators, Elevators, and Maintenance Equipment.
- Providing daily support for planning, cost development, management, scheduling, and site visits
- Providing independent third-party structural reviews of construction documents to ensure structural designs are in conformance with all applicable Codes and Criteria.
- Conducting Over Shoulder (OTS) meetings during design development to assist in the resolution of potential design issues before issuance of packages for review
