Contracts Administration and claims to meet client deadlines and schedule

• Perform contract post-award administration duties, including change order management, contractual compliance, invoice verification, performance evaluation, closeout of agreements, and records retention
• Create and maintain the contract and claims management files
• Research the terms of the Contracts and develop a checklist of deliverables
• Manage deliverables securing timely compliance
• Create and update logs for invoices and payments
• Enter and track procurement approvals in the Client’s  database
•  Produce concise statements of work, justification memos, and records of negotiation for Change Orders
• Prepare correspondence for the signature of others as required to administer contracts and manage claims
• Perform contract closeout support
