Construction contract administration, construction inspection services, shop drawings review, As-Built documentation, payroll monitoring, safety program monitoring and quality control/quality assurance.
- Inspection Services to ensure contractor compliance with Client's construction plans, specifications codes and safety regulations on projects
- Project management services to include risk management, RFI orders, site visits and safety meeting.
- Monitor, document, and ensure that the performance of construction contractors meets the quality requirements of theClient and industry’s 'best practices'
- Evaluate the quality construction activities performed by the Client and its vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure the work conforms with established procedures, contract quality requirements
- Monitor inspection and testing activities to ensure that the activities follow the quality standards established by the Client's in contract documents
- Routinely conduct on-site reviews and inspections of construction sites and consultant offices/testing facilities in relation to QA/QC matters
